CBT eStatements are available for all services, FREE!
To enroll, existing customers just need to update their info and opt in to eStatements on either our paper Account Update Form, or online paperlessly with our Online Service App. New customers can opt in at application. Upon verification of your email address, your eStatements will begin! It couldn’t be easier!
Once we have your signed form, we will send you a test email to the e-mail address you have indicated, asking to verify the change by answering a security question. Once you reply, that’s it! You will start receiving your monthly CBT statements at your email address as a downloadable PDF.

*To receive your statements electronically, you will need access to the Internet and a device to receive and view your email. Additionally, you will need access to a printer or the ability to download the information, in order to keep copies for your records. In order for your E-Statement to be delivered, the electronic delivery service will need to be tested and validated before electronic delivery can be initiated. Following enrollment for E-Statements, you will receive an email that you WILL NEED to respond to. When you validate your account with the email notification, the setup will be complete.
