Go paperless

You can get your CBT statements in your inbox instead of your mailbox. To enroll as an existing customer,  simply update your info and opt in to eStatements on either our paper Account Update Form, or online with our Online Service App. New customers can opt in at application. 

Once we have your signed form, we’ll send a test email to the email address you’ve indicated, asking to verify the change by answering a security question. After you reply, that’s it!  Upon verification of your email address, your monthly eStatements will start being emailed as a downloadable PDF.
